Original artworks and prints (“Products”) sold through our online shop are produced and fulfilled by third-party partners, including Printify and Theprintspace. By ordering, you acknowledge that production, shipping, and delivery are subject to those partners’ policies in addition to these Terms.

Made-to-order and limited edition prints are produced specifically for you and, as personalized goods, are not eligible for the standard EU 14-day right of withdrawal, except where a Product arrives damaged or defective. Original artworks are final sale unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customer support, returns, and refunds for prints ordered through our Printify-powered store are handled directly by Printify under their own policy. Prints are made to order and are not eligible for return or exchange for reasons of size, color, or change of mind. Damaged items or manufacturing errors are eligible for a free reprint or refund if reported within 30 days of delivery.

Event registrations (workshops, sessions, exhibitions) may be processed through Eventbrite or other 3rd party platforms. Your registration is subject to Eventbrite’s terms in addition to these Terms.

We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage occurring during third-party production, shipping, or event ticketing, though we will assist in good faith to resolve any issue raised with us directly.
