7. Bookings, Sessions & Events
Sessions are booked online and paid in advance unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Private sessions: cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session are refunded minus a 25% fee. No refunds are given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or for no-shows. Rescheduling, commission and deposit terms are shown on the booking page at the time of booking.

Workshops and events: the price, schedule, deposit and cancellation terms are shown on the event page or in your proposal. Registrations processed through Eventbrite or other third-party platforms are also subject to that platform’s terms.

When you book a session for a specific date and ask for it to take place within 14 days, you agree that the EU 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the session has taken place.

8. Purchases & Prints
Original artworks and prints (“Products”) sold through our online shop are produced and fulfilled by third-party partners, including Printify and Theprintspace. By ordering, you acknowledge that production, shipping, and delivery are subject to those partners’ policies in addition to these Terms.

Made-to-order and limited edition prints are produced specifically for you and, as personalized goods, are not eligible for the standard EU 14-day right of withdrawal, except where a Product arrives damaged or defective. Original artworks are final sale unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customer support, returns, and refunds for prints ordered through our Printify-powered store are handled directly by Printify under their own policy. Prints are made to order and are not eligible for return or exchange for reasons of size, color, or change of mind. Damaged items or manufacturing errors are eligible for a free reprint or refund if reported within 30 days of delivery.

9. Licenses
Purchasing an original artwork or print does not grant any right to reproduce, publish, or commercially use the image. All reproduction rights remain reserved.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Light Program is not liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from the use of this website, our sessions, events, or products. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you paid for the session, event, or product concerned. We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage occurring during third-party production, shipping, or event ticketing, though we will assist in good faith to resolve any issue raised with us directly.
